This fresh and nutritious power drink is full of vitamins and antioxidants to keep you full and focused any time of day.

The best part is you can substitute your favourite leafy greens for those in the recipe and even replace the green apple with any type of apple or pear you prefer. Drink healthy!

THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

As a general guideline, when first using cannabis extracts patients should take the lowest dose possible and wait 90 minutes for onset (and potentially longer) to determine peak effect.
Unlike inhalation, extracts are processed through the liver so the onset of effects takes longer.
A typical dose can range from 5-10mg of THC. Beginners may want to start at 1-2.5 mg of THC.

Ingredients

Step 1
  • Rinse all fruits and vegetables under cool running water.

  • Place Kale, Romaine, Coconut Water, and Water in blender and blend on high for 1 minute.

  • Cut the Cucumber and Apple into medium-size pieces, add to blender and blend for another minute.

  • Add Banana and Lemon Juice and blend for 30 seconds.

Step 5

  • Add Cannabis Oil or Honey after smoothie has been poured.
