The government of Luxembourg voted unanimously to pass a draft law to decriminalize use the use of cannabis for patients dealing with diseases such as cancer, multiple sclerosis or neurodegenerative diseases. 

The law states that cannabis will be imported from Canada and will only be available from hospital pharmacies after being prescribed by a general practitioner.
