The government of Saskatchewan announced that it will not allow recreational cannabis or vaping lounges anywhere in the province when legalization is put into effect. 

Saskatchewan’s cannabis legalization legislation, Bill 121, states that it is illegal to consume cannabis in parks, playgrounds, cinemas, outdoor theatres, or any other place of public resort or amusement. The bill, in effect, makes smoking or vaping cannabis illegal in any public place in the province.
